I would give them a 10 if I could. EXCELLENT customer service. Clean, well-mannered, on time, friendly. Took care to explain what they were going to do and have me inspect their vacuum, etc. before they started work. They were efficient in every way. The furnace had just been cleaned by Wolfer's and the Wolfer technician didn't put in a furnace filer when done. (!) Chad from All Pro drove to Home Depot to get a filter for me. 🙂 THEN they showed me the result of their cleaning. YIKES. I had NO idea how dirty our vents were, especially the dryer and that is DANGEROUS. I will definitely call them for regular service. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. THANK YOU Chad and Joe.

The company who installed our new heating system a year ago came by to do an annual service and said the ducts were filthy and needed to be cleaned quoting a price nearly double that we paid three years ago to have them cleaned. At that time the person who cleaned them said they were hardly dirty at all and they had, at that time not been cleaned in five or six years. So...I was shocked to hear that our ducts were ``filthy`` after one year. All Pro Duct Cleaning came out with incredible equipment, did an amazing job, showed me the debris (very little) that came out of the ducts, cleaning the dryer vent, put every thing back, and were unbelievably reasonaby. What a terrific job. Could not be more pleased. On top of that, they were in uniform and exceptionally neat and personable. I'd rate them a 10
